This policy describes how Crosdale, Inc. d/b/a Façinations ("Façinations," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our publication, gallery, and platform.

1. Information we collect

Account information — name, email, password, organization, role.
Subscription data — your email and (if provided) your FXNS wallet address; payment method on file via Braintree.
Profile and listing data — gallery details, artist bios, artwork descriptions, images, pricing.
Transaction data — purchase records, shipping addresses, communications between buyers and sellers.
Payment data — processed by Braintree (a PayPal Service). We do not store full card numbers; we receive and retain only payment tokens and metadata necessary for receipts, refunds, and dispute resolution.
Usage data — pages viewed, articles read, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location.

2. How we use information

To deliver the publication and operate the platform.
To facilitate transactions and communications between users.
To send transactional and (with consent) editorial emails.
To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We share information with:

Service providers who help us operate the publication and platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing).
Other users as necessary to facilitate transactions (e.g. shipping addresses to galleries when a sale completes).
Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.
Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information.

The platform is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
