Returns & Refunds

All artwork sales are final upon successful delivery and inspection, except as set out below.

1. Condition guarantee

Buyers have 7 days from delivery to inspect the artwork. If the work is materially different from its representation (condition, dimensions, attribution, or authenticity), the buyer may initiate a return for a full refund less return shipping.

2. Authenticity guarantee

If the work is later determined to be misattributed or inauthentic by an accepted third-party authority within 5 years of purchase, Façinations will facilitate a full refund of the purchase price.

3. Cancellations before delivery

Buyers may cancel any time before the work ships for a full refund. After shipment, cancellation is subject to the condition guarantee above.

4. Disputes

All disputes are first handled through Façinations' mediation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue chargeback or arbitration per the Terms of Service.

5. Subscription refunds

Magazine subscription fees are refundable, pro rata, within 30 days of payment. Email frontdesk@xdale.io with the email address on the subscription.
